Data Deletion

1. Sign in at app.dmautomata.com.
2. Go to Settings → Data & account.
3. Optionally choose Export data to download a copy first.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your workspaces, connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens, automations, contacts, conversations, broadcasts, bio pages and store data, and signs you out everywhere.

1. In the app, open Accounts.
2. Choose the Instagram account and select Disconnect.

We stop accessing that account immediately and delete its stored data (access token, media, comments and messages received through it) as described below. The rest of your DM Automata account stays.

In the Instagram app go to Settings and activity → Apps and websites (or Website permissions) and remove DM Automata. This stops our access straight away.

It does not by itself delete data we already hold — to do that, also use one of the options above, or email us (next section).

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please send it from your account email, or include your Instagram username so we can find your data. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days of verifying the request.

• The data becomes inaccessible immediately and our systems stop processing it.
• It is permanently erased from our database within 7 days.
• We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices and payment records under Indian tax laws.

If you commented on, messaged or bought from an Instagram account that uses DM Automata, that account owner controls your data. Ask them to delete it, or email [email protected] with the account's username and yours, and we'll help.
